Whoa, mama! We're excited to report that right about now, your belly may begin to protrude a little! We think that little pooch is adorable and encourage you to flaunt it all throughout your pregnancy. Work it, work it!
Also, that light at the end of the first-trimester tunnel is getting brighter and brighter. Up until now, your body has been regulating all the hormones, which may or may not be driving you crazy. But, in the coming weeks, the placenta will take over this duty, allowing your body to return to more stable territory. (Insert deep sigh of relief here)
But in the meantime, you're still feeling tired and nauseated. If you're interested in some old, natural remedies, check out our week 7 calendar. Those old wives knew what they were talking about!
It'll also be helpful to get outdoors, breath some fresh air, and get active. Go on a walk with your partner.

Your little baby is starting to look slightly human. The days of an other-worldly baby are soon coming to an end, and you'll soon be carrying a real cutie!
Also in week 10:
If your little bundle is a boy, he'll soon start producing testosterone.
Also, baby weighs 4 grams now. That's about the equivalent of a teaspoon of sugar.

Ay, yi yi! You might be noticing her moodiness more than ever. Hang in there, daddy. She's approaching the second trimester, and soon her placenta will take over the hormonal duties. (If you're wondering, the second trimester starts around week 13--you're now in week 10. That's 3 more weeks, or 21 more days. (Start the countdown and stay strong.)
